I have been a fan of this style even since 2009 when fashion collections reintroduced the braided hairstyles. I think even the most simple ones are so special and they manage to set you apart instantly. Lately, even geographical coverage of this style extended its dominance, and now there are salons specializing exclusively in braids and hair art. Yey!

I must admit that I loved when I saw them at weddings, in clubs or at various events and that I always wanted to be able to braid at least in a simple beginner technique! I suppose if you were talented and crafty in childhood, you can master this more easily, especially the more simple styles such as the “fish tail”. For the rest of us, there are hundreds of youtube videos which can show you step by step, what you need to do. In case of failure, an appointment at a braiding salon or a skilled friend can save your hairstyle.
